If you are a resident of a member community you are eligible for a Borrower Card which provides the ability to place holds and check out library items as well as online access to digital materials and databases. When requesting your card, choose the account type "Borrower Card."  Are you a teacher interested in signing your class up for library cards? We’d love to help! Please contact your closest branch for more information.

Free Trial Membership

Don't live in a member community? Camden County Library System wants to help.  Free trial memberships are now available that run to the end of 2021.  Trial members can place holds and check out items from any branch, and will also be able to use all our online services. Trial members will be able to purchase a membership in January 2022. When requesting your card, choose the account type "Trial Member."

For both types of cards you will be given a card number to immediately access all our eContent.  If you live in a member community, we will email your permanent library card number within a day or two that can be used to check out content from our physical collection as well. Your physical card will arrive in the postal mail. For Trial Members, you will not receive a physical card.  Use the library card number you were issued at registration for both online and in-person services.
