Seven classes taught by University of Alberta Professor of Paleontology

Dinosaurs are the topic of a seven-class online course offered at the Voorhees branch of the Camden County Library starting Nov. 6, 7 p.m.

VOORHEES, NJ – Oct. 24, 2013 – They may be old news, but dinosaurs are still a fascinating topic for old and young alike. The Camden County Library System is inviting those interested to join a seven-class online course presented by Dr. Phillip Currie, University of Alberta.

The course is open to all ages, but children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. All classes for the online course will meet at the M. Allan Vogelson Regional Branch Library in Voorhees.

Librarian Ryan Lammers, who arranged the program for the Voorhees library, said, “The great part about the course is that each class functions as an independent module. So if you miss a class or two it won’t interfere with the whole course, and you can still learn a lot about dinosaurs.”

To register call 856-772-1636 or visit on the Web.
