Celebrate Teen Read Week with the Camden County Library

The Camden County Library System is daring teens and ‘tweens to read just for the fun of it during Teen Read Week, Oct. 14 – 20.  "It Came from the Library" is the theme for 2012.

Meet Local Authors during Event at Vogelson Branch

The Vogelson Regional Library is offering readers the chance to meet, chat and get their books signed by local authors on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 7 – 8 p.m.
Forty-one authors are scheduled to attend An Evening with Local Authors who will have copies of their books available for sale and for signing.  Over half the authors have written more than one book and will be bringing supplies of their different titles.

Voorhees Library Presents Fall Fashion Rendezvous

Fashion will be the topic of a popular program when Angelo Vellucci returns to offer advice and tips about using fall attire to accentuate and flatter different body types, Thursday, October 11, 7 p.m. at the M. Allan Vogelson Regional Branch Library in Voorhees, NJ.  Vellucci is a recent Fashion Industry Management graduate from Philadelphia University, a stylist at QVC and co-author of an upcoming fashion guide book. As a fashion enthusiast, he is thrilled to share his knowledge and will help participants to discover their body type and transform their wardrobe to discover their “inner fashionista.”

Voorhees Library to Show Film about Priest’s View of Poverty in Camden

The M. Allan Vogelson branch of the Camden County Library System will host a screening and discussion about “Poet of Poverty” on Saturday, September 22, at  2 p.m. The public is invited to attend this engaging community event, which will consider important policy issues with local impact.
