VOORHEES, NJ -- Sept. 29, 2014 –

Reading is Fundamental donates a 40- book multicultural collection to the Voorhees branch of the Camden County Library thanks to the Macy’s store in Voorhees which sold the most ‘Be Book Smart’ coupons in its district over the summer.

The campaign provided an opportunity for Macy’s customers to support RIF by giving $3 at any register and receiving a $10 coupon good toward any purchase of $30 or more. Macy’s donated 100% of every $3 to RIF, and RIF allocates books to organizations like Camden County Library, which offers scores of reading programs each month for children that are free and open to the public.

Here Macy’s Sales Associates William Terrell and Joan McCall show the new multicultural collection on display at the Voorhees library with Camden County Library Director Linda Devlin and Head of Children’s Services Emily Moore.]
