Haddon Twp. Student Artwork on Exhibit at Rohrer Library Branch

First step in national PTA contest starts with Camden County Library display

VOORHEES, NJ – Oct. 25, 2012 – The William G. Rohrer Branch of the Camden County Library System will display artwork of Haddon Twp. School District students during November as the first step in a National PTA Art Reflections Program.

The artwork of students in grades K through high school will be judged in mid November before Thanksgiving with selected pieces advancing to the Camden County, state and national competitions based on this year’s theme of “The Magic of the Moment.”

Amy Ruta, a PTA member from the Strawbridge Elementary School in Haddon Twp., is organizing the district’s participation in the program .“We wish all our participants good luck. Come and take a look at the showcase of artwork being displayed at the Rohrer Library,” said Ruta.

The artwork will be on display at the library throughout November. The library is located on MacArthur Blvd. off Cuthbert Rd. in Westmont, NJ.
