Get in Shape to the Tunes of Bollywood at Voorhees Library

Easy-to -follow routine offers strength-building, cardio workout

VOORHEES, NJ -  March 7, 2014 --  The M. Allan Vogelson Regional Library in Voorhees is offering something new with Doonya, a fun fitness program driven by the pounding beats and rhythms of Bollywood music on Saturday, March 22 at 12 noon.

Doonya offers an easy-to-follow cardio, strength-building fitness program perfectly choreographed by Ritu Pandya to the latest high energy, Bollywood-inspired music.

“Doonya dancing is not only fun, but it gives a total-body workout as well,” according to Shyamoli De, the adult services librarian who scheduled the program.
