Join Stacey Antine MS, RDN for a Books & Cooks program at the Voorhees library

Planning and preparing family meals is the topic of a Books & Cooks program at the Voorhees branch library Thursday, Dec. 8, 7 p.m. (PhotoSpin)

VOORHEES, NJ – Dec. 1, 2016 - It’s long been understood how important it is for families to share meals on a regular basis, and it’s a good topic for the Camden County Library’s  Books & Cooks food literacy initiative.

Join Stacey Antine of HealthBarnUSA , a registered dietician MS, as she shows how to make the most of family meals by providing and preparing natural, nutritious food in a supportive environment that helps families manage the challenges of daily living.

Families are welcome to register for the program that takes place on Thursday, Dec. 8, 7 – 8 p.m. at the M. Allan Vogelson Regional Library, 203 Laurel Rd., Voorhees NJ. To register online go to www.camdencountylibrary.org/events or call (856) 772-1636.
