Control Your Money: Women and Financial Literacy

Grant Funded through ProLiteracy

Financial Literacy for Women Literacy Volunteers of Camden County was one of ten ProLiteracy affiliated organizations to be selected nationwide to participate in in a grant-funded pilot financial literacy program. ProLiteracy has received support from American Express to develop a financial literacy education project aimed at teaching money-management skills to women with low literacy. 

“Control Your Money: Women and Financial Literacy” is a 90 minute workshop addressing various topics to help women develop their financial literacy skills. LVCC has partnered with Camden County Library System and the Camden County One-Stop Career Center to provide these workshops.  Locations, dates and times are as follows:
